I then sent them the receipt from origin to prove that I had to buy it somewhere else because all their keys were junk, and they never replied. I was also perfectly nice the entire time, and treating them with respect. Then I got insulted by their customer support. They are a disgrace to the gaming community and should be ashamed of their terrible treatment of a paying customer.

My fiance bought me star wars battlefront off them for Christmas, it said the key was used. I contacted them, and a week later I had a new key, which also said it was used. I then complained again and got a 3rd key, which was also used. I then gave up and just bought it off origin, because it was on sale and I got the ultimate edition for $10 more than the standard one off CJs. I then asked for a refund and they sent me a message calling me a liar.

I have had 2 keys from them with their apperantly great auto key system. A big fat NOPE for that it has never worked since the key you just bought will need to be approved before you can get the key it is slow as hell and you get it within 3 days if you are lucky

I would personally buy Homefront. I plyaed the Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo and I wasn't too impressed. Bulletstorm just looks really dumb to me. I haven't even plyaed the demo, but I've seen a gameplay video, and I think it just looks stupid. Btw, Homefront has the potential to have an AMAZING campaign, let alone multiplayer.Was this answer helpful?

Bought the game, received key.....already registsered, absolutely awful customer service. a day later still no reply. paid more than other key sites as expected better service from a uk company. avoid this one.

Passer votre chemin , j'ai acheté plusieurs Dlc pour le jeu Motorsport manager mais dans le lot il y en avait une qui était déjà utilisé. J'ai fait une requête pour parler de mon problème mais d'après eux j'ai déjà activé le produit alors que dans ma liste de produits activés sur steam elle n'y est pas. En plus de ça le temps de réponse est extrêmement long, problème le 31 mars et dernier mail le 28 avril...
I bought several dlc for the game Motorsport manager but in the package there was one that was already used. I made a request to talk about my problem but according to them I have already activated the product while in my list of activated products on steam it is not there. On top of that the response time is extremely long, problem on March 31st and last mail on April 28th...
