Was able to redeem the key on monday morning eastern time using my phone instead of my desktop. Software activated with no issues. So I'll give them that. Still don't appreciate the fact it was out of stock at first without any info given, but at least it worked in the end.

Buying and redemption of key process was all very smooth and easy. Unfortunately activation was a little more difficult. Speaking to Steven online chat he soon sorted me out and was up and running quickly. Many thanks for your excellent support.
