Quantic Dream, the developers of Detroit Become Human, have released a new adventure today. Heavy Rain was originally released exclusively on PlayStation but from today it is also available on PC, and you can even try it for free before you decide if it is a game for you or not. You can visit Epic Games Store and download a free demo that will let you explore this intense psychological thriller. Heavy Rain will let you play as four different characters as you give chase to "The Origami Killer", a serial murderer who targets young boys. His modus operandi is to drown his victims during periods of rainfall and he leaves folded paper shapes at the crime scenes, hence his name. The game is an interactive drama where each of the characters you play is involved in one way or another with the crimes. The father of one of the victims, a journalist, a private detective and an FBI agent; all of them have their own motivations to investigate the cases and put a stop to these macabre acts of violence. As the game progresses, your decisions and actions will have an impact on the outcome of the game and the destiny of each of the main characters.

If you give a try to Heavy Rain demo, you will experience the first two full chapters of the game with stunning graphics in 4K resolution, 60 fps, and Widescreen compatibility. You will take the role of Norman Jayden, an FBI profiler that has arrived at the place in order to capture the Origami Killer, and Scott Shelby, a private investigator hired by the families of some of the older victims of the murderer to bring him to justice.
