Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 will receive plenty of post-launch content

Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment are ready to release Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 and everything points to a very successful launch. The new third-person shooter adventure set in the universe of Games Workshop's tabletop game will surely catch the eye of many players with its amazing gameplay mechanics and thrilling multiplayer. The unprecedented success of Black Myth: Wukong has drawn the attention of many players this month but Space Marine 2 already has very positive reviews, and it's also aiming to offer a long-lived experience supported by its cooperative and competitive multiplayer.

The developer studio has created a game that offers an exciting campaign focused on the iconic Ultramarines as they fight against a Tyranid horde. The minions of the Great Devourer will surely have a hard time fighting against the servants of the Emperor, especially when players seek the help of some brothers in co-op mode. With several specializations to choose from, each with its own unique abilities and gameplay style, Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 will offer many hours of fun.

Post-launch roadmap

Saber Interactive plans to expand Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 with plenty of post-launch content. Some of the additions will be available for free to all players but others will be included in the Space Marine 2 Season Pass. The content will be released across several seasons, and the first one will kick off next month adding a sparring Arena, support for ultra-wide screens and private PvE lobbies for free. More gameplay modes, weapons, PvE missions, and enemies will arrive later via free updates. It's worth noticing that the content included in the Season Pass is mostly composed of cosmetic packs.
