The gamers were deprived of the E3 this year. Although the event has been increasingly criticized in recent years, it remains one of the most anticipated annual meetings to discover new announcements from the most important companies in the video game industry, especially regarding new games. But developers and publishers, among others, have adapted and organized their own online events, like Ubisoft.
Ubisoft hosted its first Ubisoft Forward at the beginning of July and also announced that a second event would take place on September 10 from 9 p.m. CEST. Ubisoft has just published a trailer that gives us some details about the content of this second Ubisoft Forward.
The main show kicks-off at 12:00 PM PDT, when you can see what’s in store for games like Watch Dogs: Legion, Hyper Scape, and Rainbow Six Siege, as well as a much-anticipated update on our new IP, Immortals Fenyx Rising, formerly known as Gods & Monsters, and more yet-to-be-revealed surprises.
Ubisoft also tells us that, as is often the case with this kind of event, Ubisoft Forward will offer a pre-show that will start at 8 p.m., but also a post-show, which will show two other games in depth. We don't really know what those could be but many players are hoping to have news about certain licenses like Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia, which have been the subject of rumors recently. We are also waiting for news about some other games that have been more than discreet for quite a while, including Rainbow Six Quarantine and Beyond Good and Evil 2.
Finally, as it happened with the first edition of Ubisoft Forward, you will be able to earn rewards by logging in with your Ubisoft account and watching the event.
