Rainbow Six Extraction pits you against a lethal alien threat

Ubisoft seems to be running out of ideas when it comes to enemies for its Rainbow Six games. Players have faced plenty of different threats over the years, but it seems that the studio is now looking for threats beyond the borders of our world, and Rainbow Six Extraction is the proof. The upcoming installment in the popular first-person shooter franchise does not take players to a new world, but it pits them against an enemy of alien origin. In this case, it's an alien parasite that turns creatures into mutated monstrosities. Of course, not all Rainbow Six fans appreciate this kind of approach to tactical warfare, but looking at the picture from a different perspective, it does not really matter who are you fighting but how, and Rainbow Six Extraction will continue to offer plenty of tactical options to deliver the same kind of gameplay as other Rainbow Six games, which players love.

You can watch a bit more of Rainbow Six Extraction in a video revealed during the PlayStation Showcase 2021, which took place last week. It will allow you to understand better the kind of threat you will have to deal with in the game.

Rainbow Six Extraction will offer a unique experience, where the alien parasite is as deadly as the creatures it infects. With plenty of operators to choose from and a wide variety of ways of approaching every mission. You will need to make sure that the communication with your other two teammates is fluid and that your strategy is solid, or you may end infected and in a dire position yourselves.

When will Rainbow Six Extraction be available?

The launch of Rainbow Six Extraction is scheduled for January 2022. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. You can compare prices for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction already on our website.
