It's undeniable that Hello Games has put a lot of effort into making No Man's Sky the impressive game it is today. The game was released eight years ago and its beginnings were rather problematic. Hello Games didn't even charge extra for all the work nor release DLCs to pay for all that effort. Every update made to No Man's Sky has been free of charge. In the end, all the hard work has paid off, and after eight years the game has finally achieved a "Very Positive" rating on Valve's platform.
Even though this can be considered an achievement that may positively impact future sales of No Man's Sky, it's more of a recognition of all the work and commitment from the studio towards making its game great.
