Metro Exodus already released its day-1 update and revealed the complete changelog. The release notes included the day-1 patch, more filters for Photo Mode, improvements on VO, subtitles timing in all languages, and more balanced and polished general performance.
The patch also has some PC-specific updates such as tuned HDR saturation, Motion Blur options, RTX improvements, and additional HUD removal options. 4A Games also improves the DLSS sharpness to have better image quality. The patch will be auto-applied when it's unlocked for all players.
