Dragon Age: The Veilguard is coming next Fall

Among the plethora of new videos released yesterday during the Xbox Games Showcase 2024, the one about Dragon Age: The Veilguard surprised the most. The popular RPG series from BioWare has a lot of fans and the new installment has been in development for many years already. The video released yesterday shed some light on the new adventure with a cinematic trailer that delved into the upcoming story and focused on all the characters in the game. The recent name change of the game to Dragon Age: The Veilguard pointed in a new direction with a renewed focus on the group of characters that will accompany you in the game. Each of them has a unique background and a story that will play an important role in the upcoming events.

Many protagonists

BioWare has chosen to build a story where all the protagonists shine with their own light, and the new video introduces all of them. Harding, the Scout; Neve, the Detective; Lucanis, the Mage Killer; Bellara, the Veil Jumper; Emmrich, the Necromancer; Darwin, the Warder; and Taash, the Dragon Hunter are the members of a cast that will join you in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The game looks nothing like its predecessors, but it promises to maintain the story-driven narrative that has made the series a success.

However, you will have to wait a bit longer to see them in action for real. Activision has announced the first Dragon Age: The Veilguard gameplay showcase for tomorrow. Therefore, you will find out more about the real aspect of the game and the novelties and new features that it will bring to the popular series very soon.
