Check out Redfall’s PC requirements

We are two days away from the launch of Arkane’s co-op vampire shooter Redfall. In line with this, Microsoft has released the game’s accessibility options and the game’s PC requirements. In case you missed it, check out the new Redfall launch trailer here:

There will be blood

On May 2, you’ll be going head to head with hordes of bloodsuckers, cultists, and thugs trying to take advantage of the chaos as vampires descend upon a small town in Massachusets, USA.

So be ready and be sure that you can run this game—when it comes to the PC specs, here are the minimum requirements to run Redfall:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 with 2.80 GHz, or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
  • Video card: AMD RX 580/Nvidia GTX 1070/6 GB VRAM
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Storage: 100 GB SSD

Here are the recommended specs:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K with 3.60GHz or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  • Video Card: AMD 5700 or Nvidia RTX 2080 or Intel ARC or 8 GB VRAM
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Storage: 100 GB SSD

Finally, for the optimum experience, here are the hardware requirements for Ultra settings:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K @ 3.60GHz or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  • Video Card: AMD RX 6800 XT or Nvidia RTX 3080 or 10 GB VRAM
  • RAM: 32 GB
  • OS: Windows 11 64-bit
  • Storage: 100 GB SSD

Redfall will launch on May 2 for PC and Xbox Series X/S. That said, the game will be locked in 30fps for Xbox at launch, with 60fps to be added later. This very likely means that you will need serious hardware to play at 60fps on the PC, so be warned. If you’re as ready as we are to take on some blood-thirsty vampires, grab a Redfall Xbox key from our comparator.
