Assassin's Creed Odyssey will see today the end of the Fate of Atlantis story arc with the launch of the third DLC of the series. Judgment of Atlantis will continue the story of Kassandra and Alexios right where the previous installment left it. If Fields of Elysium allowed you to deeper into the secrets of the First Civilization as you helped to build a rebellion against Persephone, and Torment of Hades let us pay a visit to the Underworld to give a hand to its ruler, the third episode of the series will lead us to Atlantis, where Isu and humans seem to coexist together in harmony, or so it would seem at first glance.
As a human-Isu hybrid, you are the maximum exponents of this utopia, and Poseidon has decided that you will be the new Diktates, something like a judge or a ruler, so you will have your hands full with work very fast because not everything that shines is gold in Atlantis. Quelling rebellions, settling disputes between citizens, and dealing with all kind of problems will keep you so busy that you will need to find a way to have time for your own adventuring and exploration. If you manage to unlock the potential of the Staff of Hermes, that will ultimately give you access powerful pieces od loot among other things, but there are also many other things to discover in Judgment of Atlantis. Similar to previous DLC, new weapons will be available to you aw well as new skills. You will be able to forge three different Isu weapons that once created, can be imbued with Assassin, Hunter, or Warrior enhancements, and there is a brand new set of armor that you can collect. The Diktates armor set can trigger an invulnerability effect on you when you are hit, but to gather all of its pieces you will have to hunt and fight the Polemarchs, five of Atlantis' most powerful Isu warriors.
Whether you play as Alexios or Kassandra, Judgment of Atlantis brings the story of Atlantis to an epic end, and it's included in the Assassin's Creed Odyssey Season Pass.
