Hands of Necromancy II is a dark fantasy first-person shooter game, taking inspiration from classics like Heretic and Doom. Players take the role of a powerful necromancer who has to battle hordes of enemies while he traverses dark scenarios. Players can choose between two characters, male and female, each with their own unique weapons, spells, and transformation abilities.

The game features a variety of stunning landscapes, ranging from ancient castles to threatening wastelands. Players can wield enchanted weapons, cast powerful spells, and even raise defeated enemies as undead servants to aid them in battle against enemy hordes.
