In this expansion for Borderlands 3, you delve into the twisted mind of the most psychotic character in the series. Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is a DLC where Dr. Patricia Tannick compels you to investigate the origin of the Psycho's madness, which she thinks is caused by the knowledge of a mythical place known as Vaulthalla. Looking for something different and crazy to do, you decide to help her and proceed to enter the mind of Krieg himself, but nothing could have prepared you for what you find there.

The surreal and twisted world of Krieg's psyche is home to deadly manifestations that populate a scenario formed by the shattered fragments of his memories. You will discover the world as Krieg perceives it, which won't do any good to anyone still sane, but if you are lucky enough you may escape this place unscathed and reap some rewards from the legendary Vaulthalla in the process.
