Leif's Adventure: Netherworld Hero is an action-adventure platformer in 2D that takes inspiration from titles like Hollow Knight and Dead Cells to deliver an exciting gameplay experience. You will start your journey through the netherworld with basic skills at your disposal, but as you progress through the game, you will unlock more powerful abilities that will allow you to crush your enemies. Leif can collect a plethora of different weapons from the enemies he defeats. The weapons can have different elemental effects that will interact in different ways with the enemies, providing advantages and disadvantages. Learning to use them properly is quite important if you want to come up victorious in battles.

The gameplay in Leif's Adventure: Netherworld Hero is heavily focused on the cooperation between the two protagonists. Leif and Ghost have different abilities and only by combining them, it's possible to get to the end of their journey. If you are playing the game alone, you can switch between both characters anytime, but you can also play with a friend, each of you controlling one of the characters.
