Turbo Kid is a fantastic pixel-based metroidvania based on the adventure film of the same name. As Turbo Kid, hop on your BMX bike and defeat enemies with your trustworthy machete and Turboglove.
Picking events of the film, you play the role of Kid, who wanders the post-apocalyptic wasteland of 1997 after losing your friend in a war. Here you must find a way to bring hope back to a world plagued by warring gangs and mutated creatures – and win the 1998 Wasteland BMX Olympics.
It's a no-holds-barred battle as you use everything in your arsenal to lay waste on the wasteland. Blast enemies with your Turboglove, fry them with electric shocks, or slice them with your machete. You'll have to run, crawl, dash, jump and yes, ride a BMX bike through various deadly levels.
Explore this non-linear world, going to different zones and defeating bosses in the order you want. Just remember, the personal and moral decisions you make determine the ending you get in Turbo Kid.
