Total War: WARHAMMER - Call of the Beastmen is an expansion for the grand strategy game based on the popular miniatures franchise from Games Workshop. This addon expands the contents of the main game with a new faction and two legendary lords and the ‘Eye for an Eye’ campaign for the Beastmen.
Tainted by the corrupting essence of Chaos, the savage Beastmen are a race of mutated creatures, half-human, half-aberration, that form a bloodthirsty horde ready to invade the Old World from the northern wastelands. The Beastmen army is comprised of gigantic abominations and beastly warriors, and they are powerful contenders whose brute force allows them to defeat any opponent in close combat. Their insatiable lust for battle and unending rage are enough to summon additional forces to the battlefield, thanks to their unique army mechanics. They are a bit more collaborative than chaos Warriors, so Beastmen commanders can use a wider variety of strategies on the battlefield.
The Eye for an Eye campaign pits the Beastmen against the humans from the Empire. Under the leadership of the Legendary Beast-Lord Khazrak The One Eye, a ravenous horde will engage in a guerrilla war and strike the lands of Middenheim. By laying waste to the human territories with incursions from the nearby woodlands, Khazrak will try to unite the Beastmen tribes in the area to raise a powerful army able to ravage the lands of the Empire.
If you want to command the Beastmen as a different Lord, Malagor The Dark Omen is a powerful shaman whose troops revel in performing the foulest acts of blasphemy and pillage. He is able to field additional bray shamans to hex opposing armies and demoralize their units.
