You play as one of the city’s myriad crime bosses—Capone, first to take over a single racket, then rule a neighborhood, and then the entire city will be your empire. It is a blend of real-time and turn-based combat, giving it a tactical depth.

In Empire of Sin - Deluxe Pack you will grow your criminal empire from zero, choosing the racket you want (speakeasies, union protection, or casinos) and get together your band of loyal mobsters. Make a name, expand your influence by taking over rivals territories, and jump into more businesses. This is the criminal type of criminal experience that you will live throughout the game. Recruit your crew to maximize combat damage. The more loyal your crew is, the more damage they'll do. You can raise loyalty by building a good relationship with your men and having a strong influence on your town. You will have to defend your territory and face off rivals in turn-based combat, so make sure you have a strong group of goons at your disposal.

Explore the streets of Chicago in 1920 and interact with stunning characters that you can seduce, coerce, threaten, or kill if needed. You can bribe cops, trade in the black market, and do whatever it takes to expand your empire. You even can have moles into other criminal families.
