Ministry of Broadcast is a 2D platformer where one man is pitted against a horrific reality TV show where failure means death.
You live in a dystopian country divided by the Wall, a barrier created by the Regime. On one side, there’s you. On the other, your family. In order to see them again, you agree to be a contestant in a broadcasted obstacle course called “The Wall Show”. Only when the game starts you do realize that the show is absolutely lethal.
On the Run. In this game part Prince of Persia, part 1984, and part The Running Man, you must dodge, jump, and run through various obstacles over five different Arenas. Leap over spike-filled pits, shaky platforms, and all kinds of death traps. Avoid hostile characters who will shoot you as soon as they see you. One second too slow and you’re out of the game and out of luck.
Desperate Solutions. Use your wits to get past puzzles. You may need to pick up visual clues from your environment, manipulate objects, or be quick to jump. You may also have to manipulate fellow contestants to do what you can’t.
Dark City. Filled with sarcasm, dark humor, and wry social commentary, Ministry of Broadcast spins a compelling story in a dark world where individuals must contend with monolithic governments and fight for every inch of hope they can get.
