Romancing SaGa 3 is the remastered HD version of the classic game that was released in 1995 by Square Enix and the third installment of the Romancing SaGa series. Developer Akitoshi Kawazu brings us a magnificent RPG that follows the story of the child of destiny, the survivor to the Rise of Morastrum. This is an event that happens once every 300 years when a star blocks the sun causing that every being born during that year will perish before the year ends. In the last two events, two different children managed to change their fate and survived to become very powerful beings that guided the destiny of humanity in the following era. Romancing SaGa 3 lets you choose the protagonist of the story between eight different characters, each of them with its own abilities. The game features a gameplay system similar to other JRPG, where you navigate through 2D environments and encounter enemies. A notable difference from other games in the genre is the experience system that doesn't have levels, and instead, the stats of the characters increase independently depending on their participation in combat. You will be able to recruit other characters to form a party as you progress through the game and also learn techniques that involve multiple characters and battle formations.
