Welcome to 2046, in this future year, mankind has devised the technology to travel to worlds beyond our solar system, and through that power, we have gained the ability to colonize space in a way only dreamed before. You are part of the colony team in the Gliese 851 System, who are told to try and find new hospitable planets for humanity to build upon. However, your ship malfunctions above a nearby planet, and now you're forced to crash land there, and when you awake, you have to try and survive it. This is world of Osiris: New Dawn. You must quickly build your central base just to survive the harsh conditions of the unknown planet you've fallen on. Then, you must try and expand in order to make life more acceptable. Make machines that'll make food for you, build science areas where new technologies can be born from, and more. But ultimately, you will have to go out onto the world you find yourself stranded on, you'll have to see what's out there, and what can be found that can be used to help you survive. Osiris: New Dawn gives you a vast world to explore, with areas both above ground and underground that deserve exploring. But be careful, and be prepared for what's out there, for there are more than just rocks on this planet. Then, when you're rebuilt and advanced enough, you can actually travel off of the planet and go to new worlds to explore and colonize! The journey of Osiris: New Dawn is only over when you say it is.
