When you think of assassins, you often think about people of incredible skills who are able to carry out certain tasks that one could do without training. But in Aragami, your perception of assassins are about to get even cooler. For in this action-stealth title, you'll take the role of Aragami, an assassin who has been summoned back to life by the mysterious girl known as Yamiko. Her resurrecting of him was done with the purpose of freeing her from the confines of the prison she finds herself in. Now, using your special abilities, you'll need to infiltrate the city of Kyuryu, find Yamiko, and figure out who you are. Aside from being an epic assassin, Aragami has a special ability that will make him an even greater threat to his enemies. Aragami can control the very shadows around him, making him a foe that can strike from out of nowhere. You can hide in the shadows, teleport from shadow to shadow to reach your next target, or, you can use the shadows themselves to dispatch your enemies. How you play this game is up to you, there are many paths to victory, and as Aragami, you can do whatever one you want. Will you be a true bringer of death? Or will you be as silent as a shadow and never be noticed? Your skills are determined by you. But there's a deep mystery behind Aragami, one that delves into who and what he is. How does this tie to Yamiko? Why was she captured by the Army of Light? Dive into the game and find out!

There is a new version of the game for Nintendo Switch. Aragami: Shadow Edition includes the original base game, Aragami Nightfall expansion, a story campaign which takes place before the events of Aragami, and all the available DLC and is fully prepared for cross-platform play with PC and Xbox.
